AI Highlights
  • - I couldn't use the 20% coupon on the parent site despite the email.
  • - I went to Shop.Scholastic.com.
  • - I purchased the books there.

I was advised that I couldn't use the 20 Pct coupon on the parent site even though the email i was sent was that site. SMH Instead I had to go to Shop.Scholastic.com. I therefore went to that site and purchased the books I wanted to buy.

User's recommendation: Any problem call customer service.

Very Bad Customer Service

AI Highlights
  • - Repeated calls and emails got no response.
  • - Rude initial agent and runaround; a callback was promised in two weeks, but none came.

Called customer serivce 3 times and emailed at least 5 got no reponse. My 1st phone call got a very rude lady telling me its not there problem that I need to call the teacher and it is her problem.

I hung up being very disapointed and called back got a nicer lady but she basicaly gave me the run around and promised me a phone call back 2 weeks later still nothing. Next phone call left message and got no return call. So then I tried email got basic form letter with a brush off. No one seems to want to even talk to a upset customer and try to make anything right or even address the issue.

Very dissapointed customer relations. I have never seen a company like this
