I place and order for over $800 for an item that was "available" when I ordered it. After a couple of weeks, I hadn't received a shipping notice, so I tried contacting the company.

I finally received a response from who I only can guess was the owner, Steven Drabek, who said that the delayed response was due to him being in an "accident" and his staff not knowing how to respond to my inquiry, because the item I ordered was no longer available from the manufacturer. He said he had an alternate item, which I said I would take a look at, but it would have to be approved internally where I work. He sent the item and we checked it, but decided we couldn't use it. I then told him I would just need a credit for my order.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt since it seemed he was being helpful to find a replacement, and because I thought maybe he was having some issues with his "accident", but after he did not respond at all, I figured something was amiss. But, I barely missed my window to dispute my Visa charge and am still waiting on a determination from Visa.

Now, I see that he is notorious for this behavior and has scammed many other people. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered an Estes PRO SERIES II Nike Smoke model rocket kit in this site.So I waited the week they said it would take to get here.It's now been a week and a half and still nothing has arrived They charged me $90 for NOTHING.I WANT MY MONEY BACK.DEFINITE SCAM.

The site said they had the Estes PRO SERIES II Nike Smoke model rocket kit in stock on their website.For $90 I got nothing, no word at at all.Nothing but silence.This is an obvious SCAM,people need to steer clear of this site.

I placed an online order and never received it. The phone number listed has no answer and a full mailbox.

The emails I have sent have gotten no reply. They did take my money.

But no product. Reporting to BBB and local police

Tried to call 3 times, emailed 3 time used there contact page twice..... no reply or responses....crickets.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Will report to BBB and any other review services -5 stars if I could, take money and then nothing.

I attempted to contact comsciencelabsupplies for 3 days via phone and email. I have received ZERO responses from them.

Do they only do business in Texas?, if yes , should indicate that on their website.

I suspect they are a scam or illegitimate. Their website should be marked or taken down .

I placed my order on their site at the end of May 2016, they only accept paypal, and charged my account immediately. When I placed my order the product that I was buying said that it was in stock, but then 2 weeks later when I asked for shipping verification, I was told that the item was backordered.

Month after month I was given the same story, it should be available soon, and we will ship it out when it is available. It has now been close to a year. They do not offer refunds, and only allow order cancelations for 3 days.

Their phone # goes straight to voicemail and they do not return calls. It's a Complete scam, and paypal is no help.

We placed a large ($5,291.78) order with this company and we where told three days after ordering that what we ordered was out of stock. Their website made it seem like it was in stock. We then asked for our money to be returned to our bank account and the person on the phone was extremely rude about everything. We have not received our money back and it has been about two weeks since we ordered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED RUDE AND DEALING WITH PEOPLE THAT DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH TO CARE ABOUT KEEPING THEIR WEBSITE UP TO DATE ETC AND LOVE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!
