- Move-in cleaning is not done as claimed and bed bugs are reported by tenants.
- Maintenance is slow and the maintenance manager is ineffective.
The places are never cleaned when you move in. The say they are but they are not.
They always find an excuse to keep your deposit. I have talked to so many tenants that have bed bugs. They never get things fixed in a timely manner. The Maintenance manager just sucks period, its like he never knows anything that is going on.
I have been so disapointed with this experience I am going to be very careful about what company I choose to live with.
Thanks for taking my money. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

- Landlord claimed carpet infestation and kept my deposit.
- I had carpets cleaned before leaving.

The landord lied and said my carpets were infested with cat urine and refused to return my security deposit. The claims of the carpet are a FLAT OUT LIE.
As a courtsey I even had them professionally cleaned before I left. I am filing a consumer complaint and also a small claims. What is funny is I had rented at 2588 N. Frederic Ave for 3 years and moved to two different apartments as soon as I didnt renew my lease Jimmy Schulhof came up with fraudulent claims of the carpet.
