Its taking money out of my account and I dont want this one we asked for a size 3.5 but only got a size 2 , so there is no point of me wasting my money so I want to cancel the order, Ive been trying to call but it has not went through

- Order not shipped and sold to another buyer.
- 60% off shown and no similar product offered.
I bought a pair of shoes from Schuh on a promotional auction starting at 99p, I got them for 26.50, which I paid immediately, I got a great price.Then they refused to send me the shoes, said they sold them to someone else, would not offer a similar product even though they have many of the exact same style, numerous breaches of consumer rights. They told me they had the same product listed elsewhere at the same time which is illegal, it takes a few days to send the order yet in a few hours they sold and dispatched the order I had already paid for to someone else.
They offered me the normal student discount of 10%!, when on the auction I got 60 percent off. They are trying to sell things they dont have. Disgusting underhanded selling. Do not use this company.
I never will again.
