Cabinet finish
- Unfinished edges on doors and drawers still visible.
- Doors show natural wood color on the inside edges, indicating no quality control.
I still have insufficient stain issues.
After several attempts to change doors and drawers that were unfinished on the inside edges, there are still doors where you can see the natural wood color come through. I wish I had never used this manufacturer. No quality control.

These cabinets were falling apart before I even got them installed. All the doors was out in wrong ( from factory) And the drawers had missing sliders( from factory) the representative came out from Schrock and basically used the excuse that because production or sets are up they have people from the office on the lines so mistakes are being made !
That being said I have 13000 in cabinets that are fallling apart! The representative Dave- said we will put new doors but thats it ! No other resolution was offered! I had to postpone my construction after three re orders from this company!
Do not buy from this product because they have less than average product for the price I paid!
In this instance Yiu DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR ! And the customer service is basically your just out of luck sorry Our production line is full of people who has no idea what they are doing!
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Horrible customer service
- Emails and calls about replacement cabinet slides went unanswered.
- Cabinets allegedly have a lifetime warranty.
- The customer gave zero stars.
I have repeatedly emailed and called about needing replacement slides for my cabinets. NO one has contacted me.
The cabinets supposedly have a lifetime warranty but can't get ahold of anyone!!
They deserve zero stars!! No wonder all the major stores stopped carrying them.
