SchoolTube never replied to me and my issue is still unresolved. There is apparently no way to contact them.
I had student videos stored in a channel for 10 years. After schooltube migrated to a different server, I had access to my videos for a year and then they disappeared.
I cant reach anyone at the company and none of their help links work.
All I want is access to my students videos. Im absolutely heartbroken.
