Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They paid me what they owed me

I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks for my payout of only 10.00 and this ain't the first time, it's everytime I cash out I have to wait and wait. I email them several times with no response back so I tried contacting qualborad which is a sister group of theirs and they respond right back and contact them for me and get the job done this is bill crap that I have contact their sister company to get anything done! They also have a phone number you can call but you have to leave a message and they never call back, besides those issues you do really get paid, last year I got 3 $75 gift cards they just don't like to pay on the Website forever or answer they stupid phone.

Never got paid, they never respond, it's a trend, look at Yelp and BBB

I did a study and received compensation in the form of a digital point system. Turned the points into a gift card and it shows processing a month later and they will not answer voicemails or emails.

When you look further into this issue, there are A LOT of people with the same problem. You have to file a BBB complaint in order to get them to respond.

Can't claim from my reward wallet

I was told that I could have my virtual card quickly and it would take up to 10 days to process it's still processing, and I haven't been able to get an answer from anyone. The people at zendesk are blowing me off and I haven't been able to get an answer. It should not take this long to get a virtual card

I have submitted a request multiple times. After a two+ month delay, my incentive was finally placed into my focus group wallet which I claimed on June 2, 2023.

As of 7/21/23, I have not received the Amazon gift card in the amount of $120 - physical card or electronically. The original study date was 2/14/23.

No one ever gets back to me AT ALL. Since being acquired by SAGO, your customer service has rapidly deteriorated,

Military discount policies

Restaurant failed to give military discount to or birthday party we had a party of eight that arrived for dinner around 730 tonight for 13 2023. We asked if there was a military discount offered at this restaurant we was told that it was receiving the bill we were only one entrée was discounted and not the whole bill so when talking to the manager she said it was not their policy so my concern is what is your policy on military discounts?
