Schlesinger And Associates

I have done two different studies with this company and they never sent any payment. I have inquired numerous times.

Confirmed my address, and was told my payment was being resent. Months later i still have not recieved either payment.

I went to their Study that I was recruited for...I was denied access to the study even though I had verification from the agency that recruited me. They lied about the Recruiter or the person that set it up...they had the name and number and signed me in but then lied 15 minutes later. I also called them the morning of the Study to verify that I was confirming... the Rep. said I was on the list and to come in. Watch out for this place...others have had this done to them as well....they are con artists!

This was their reply....have not heard back from them. I think their employees are skimming and taking the payments from the study and cashing them in.

I enjoy doing the occasional survey but due to my work constraints, I only do the paid ones. I qualify for just a few a year.

Most recently, I was confirmed for a Nov 1, 2017 study about social media (took me time to answer the preliminary study and then a phone interview). I confirmed my time, date, scheduled myself in the only availability I had for the week, printed out my map and confirmation this past week (last week in October). I was later called (perhaps a day later) by a snarky young man who said, "You don't meet the demographic for the group you're signed up with.

You have to pick from one of these two remaining times -- which were both at rush hour and coincided with other appointments I had." I told him I had a confirmation letter and he said, "If you show up, you won't be paid." Give this company your time and opinion only if you have plenty of time to spare. They do not respect your time and feel they can *** you around unprofessionally because they are paying a nominal fee.

I hired Michael J. Schlesinger and his firm Schlesinger and associates and my life became a nightmare.

He disappeared for a month the minute I hired him and my urgent matter went into a vacuum. I immediately started getting billed for work that I did not hire him to do. All I got was excuses from his cover up staff. I learned he did not serve process on the party I hired him to sue because he was a buddy of the attorney who represented the other side and they made a deal to keep the façade of a lawsuit going so they could bilk both of their clients.

Schlesinger made up fake pleadings that he never filed so he could bill me for issues that he invented. He knew I was involved in a personal family problem and he used my personal situation to extort me and set up a fraudulent legal representation. Michael J.

Schlesinger is the *** of the earth. Never go near this firm.

What a dirt bag. He oozes sleaze.

He takes on cases knowing he has no intention of doing anything other than sabotaging you and lying to you. He charges obscene fees and will never tell you what his strategy is or how he will proceed. He refuses to tell you anything about what he will do because he doesn't intend to do anything except steal your retainer and keep you on the hook after he has drained off your retainer so he can scam you for more money. Schlesinger is part of a group of lowlife attorneys who set up shop around the courthouse so they can have lunch together and figure out ways to sabotage their clients and steal their money. They actually conjure up issues to thwart your case and charge you for their self invented issues Michael J. Schlesinger is a troll.

He needs to shut down his fake law firm and become a vacuum cleaner salesman. At least he would be cleaning up his dirt.
