Not Honoring Warranty

We submitted 2 HVAC issues under the one year warranty period. The issues are still unresolved and the trade partner refers us back to the builder and the builder refers us back to the trade partner.

No one will address/resolve the issue. The in home customer representative assigned to our home promised that both issues would be resolved, but we have no way to directly contact that person.

Customer service is not getting a timely resolution. Have asked that the issued be escalated and this has not resulted in any movement forward.
