My 1st order in this Subscription was sent to my house damaged it was it looked like it had been ran over by a car and even the package receipt things said damaged all I would like is to have it replaced the container the perfume goes down in and the perfume we're both damaged

Just received it

I contacted my personal representative initially when i tracked my order showing no delivery date or movement at fedex. After no contact back from my representative, I decided to contact customer service who advised me to wait 5 days if no movement to call them again . They also and called fedex and placed a trouble ticket . The next day being the 5th day, i called and they resent a replacement package out. That was six days ago and i still havent received the package at all. Hoping it comes tomorrow.

Fraud with one of your sellers

I ordered $97 of sentcy from one of your sellers and they pocketed my money and said she don't sell sentcy anymore after they had my money for a month and a half. I am livid I love your products but when I pay for it I expect to get what I paid for. It would be best if you made sure your sellers didn't have a felony for grand larceny like she does. She never even gave me a receipt even though I asked multiple times for one.

The consultant that I had is not only my daughter my I was her customer as well.I had placed an order with her and I had waited two wks and didn't hear anything back. When I did a response she started to swear at me.

Cancel order

I spent a fortune on my last order of bricks I know the scent is supposed to last about 60 hours .I have 12 scentsy in my small apartment and I cannot smell them when they are new at all. I would like to be refunded my money. Michelle Durfee 330-338-**** Please fix this thank you

Headaches from product given as a gift.

the Scentsy Eucalyptus Wreath wax melt was on for an hour and it left me with a stuffed up headache. I shut it off. This product was made in Idaho USA.

Very poor professional work on facebook

I was friends with Stacey Pitre and was a good customer of hers as far as buying products. Our friendship came to a crashing halt and she has blocked me on fb which is fine I have a new consultant. She continues to talk trash and everything is being referred to me so she can get pity and her friends are giving it to her or fueling the fire sort say. this is very unprofessional from a long standing consultant of scensty and honestly i want to get rid of all my warmers but I won't and lower myself to her levels. I am asking for my name not to be mention please but she shouldn't conduct business in this manner. thank you

I have called scentsy several times and emailed them three times trying to get a replacement for a oil diffuser lamp I purchased from a scentsy representative that refuses to contact me. All I want is a replacement and I understand there is a fee but no one is responding to me to clear up the issue.

My credit card has been taken

My credit card has been taken and Scentsy is trying to take my Scentsy Club out of my account. The bank has concealed my card (on Sunday) and told me it could take me 7-14 days to get a new card....I will register my new card number when I get it....Thank you
