Order difficulties with payment online?
I do not want to talk to their customer.
Will not accept MC Gift Card
And Debit card together for payment??

Have not received order placed in November
I placed an order in November and I still have not received the sent lock bag and what frustrates me. The most is a company having the audacity to only allow customers contact them via email. It will be the last sit lock product that I will ever buy just for that reason.

The radial is missing from the box. I only received the bag. It was purchased as the combo kit and the bag is useless without the radial to remove the scent from clothing.
Preferred solution: Would like to recieve the radial in so I can use the bag

When I received the hunting suit it was way to small... asked about return..
had ro wait for a shipping label... I'm a disabled Vietnam Veteran and I was sick with bronchitis for weeks and contacted CS and they said I had time to do the return... I did, put on the paperwork to please refund my $... next thing I knew it was replaced and on its way ...
asked if any additional charges NO was the reply...
with all the hassle to get it back to UPS I just left it go... today I find an additional $97.00 was charged to me for an exchange for a hunting suit that I couldn't even get on...
