Resolved: My item was Not Delivered as was stated on my email

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It came in the mail days after my email said it got delivered to me.

They have not taken the time to get back to me but taken the time to get the money for the product. Yet they have not one way to contact them by phone at all.

I've had no problems with them in the 21/2 years I've been in cahoots with these folks and at least they can give me some time to say something back to me. Get a phone number

Because I haven’t received my shipment

Because I placed the order last week and it's not letting me choose my cologne and put it in the cart. I'm thinking that I already ordered my cologne and it's telling me my last chance to choose. It's not letting me.

Two wrong items sent that I didn't even choose

Im not trying to get charged 46 dollars to fix my problem when I got the wrong items I talked to customer service and she tried to send me to another page to fix my problem. She said it will cost a dollar to talk to someone live .

And I used my cash app card for a dollar and it declined because they try to charge me 46 dollars. Im already thinking about canceling my subscription because of this

Payed subscription wasn't received until over a month later

Order was placed and supposedly shipped on November 22nd and wasnt received until 12/31. No communication or updates about delivery and no way to contact company. If you select the contact us option on the website it is a dead link that goes to an error screen every time.

To cancel my scent box sample subscription!!

Just want to cancel my subscription didnt like the products! Products didnt stay on your body the way I thought they would things just didnt go the way I planned. So maybe in the future yall can try to make longer lasting fragrances for the body to make sure customers are satisfied and very happy with product!
