They totally ignore your emails. Won’t allow you to return an item.Totally ignore you.
I have sent them 6 emails because I want to return this rank smelling perfume that I purchased and they will not answer my emails!
What a scam rip off!!

I tried using my bank card from my home and I assumed that it may be an issue with my distance from the city connection. I tried again with my bank card and I was in town this time.
I was unable to process the order and I had the money in the bank to cover the cost. How can I get an order placed to get my daughter her Christmas present? I had told her that the present would be late.
I am not pissed, I just tried going to local stores and no luck finding anything! Thank you, Takis

I was charged twice
It denied my card but charged me anyways
And then when I did it again it charged me again!!!
I got charges $80 for a $39 purchase
It also wouldn't allow me to use the coupon I was sent in my text messages to use. Whats the poiny if you cant use yhe coupon they give you for signing up
