July 13 this year we went on a Rhine cruise with Scenic. We went Manchester Brussels then Zurich . Our luggage never arrived . We got on the boat and we were assure it would be a couple of days before we got our luggage. We had the Royal Owners Suite which was spacious but no luxury products , no dressing table pump action soap shampoo and conditioner in the shower. We could not find a plug to plug in the dated hairdryer eventually we found one on the top shelf next to the wardrobe the other one was behind a mirrored door . I askedif I could dry my hair in another cabin and they did agree. There was a hairdressers salon oboard but no hair dresser , piano but no pianist . Most guest were expecting a swimming pool but no pool. A disabled lady had to be carried by the crew up and down stairs because the lift didnt work. We are vegetarians and I feel we were not catered for as well as we have been on other cruises. We !were prepared to go home early but the cruise director kept telling us our luggage would be here in a couple of days eventually he told us it was going to be delivered to our house only then did customer services really intervened and we went home three days early. Never again

We arrived at the boat with out our luggage nevertheless we were promised it would arrive within a couple of days . We had the royal owners suite which was spacious but no amenities instead of loccitane toiletries were had pump action soap and hand cream which was stuck down , no dressing table or mirror in the bed room there was no hair dresser on board also we were promised a daily newspaper. We are vegetarians and lived off salad and soup and pasta . Now ,the entertainment on board was two quiz nights a duo on guitars a cellist and violinist ( amazing) . Oh and the library consisted of a shelf I. The loung with a few old paper backs. Our clothes were delivered to our home when the holiday was over we were like refugees albeit the laundry did was and tumble dry the only dress I had which by the end of the holiday was only fit for the bin. They finally answered the phone, 3 days it took! Each call wait about 1 hour, 3 times a day. No reply on emails.
