1. Did not communicate where ship was located in Amsterdam.
Resulting a 1 hour walk in the pouring rain hauling luggage.
2. Once embarked my luggage was sent back to Amsterdam airport. Resulting in sleepless night not clothing and a missed windmill tour as had to go to airport to retrieve luggage next day.
3. Bed in cabin 103 on crystal needs to be thrown out.
