Redeem points

I've been trying to redeem my points for weeks now. I've called several times but they will not help me as the phone number on file has been disconnected.

Scene Plus has told me several times that I need to contact Scotiabank to change the phone number on file. The primary number at Scotiabank is the correct number, and I don't know what the problem is at your end.

With 1.6 million points, I think we are a good customer. Please help because I am about to lose my mind.

Scene plus -can’t add my card to the app

I could not add my scene plus card to the app as it keeps saying that it is connected to another account. Waiting for Scotia bank to cancel it.

Its too bad as I have been to the movies three times and cant get those points. I am hoping that I can add my scene plus to the account soon.

Not getting scene points

It was my mistake and to be honest, I was not sure how long it takes to get the scene points on my Thrifty's app. The customer service guy explained and now, all is good.

Only get blank screens

When I tap on ANY of the scene plus websites, I only then get blank white screens.

Also trying to update new card number to: 604646****073483

can I add my daughters card number under my email, as she doesnt have wifi.

It’s a scam not even a 1 star rating

The offers never loaded in the app. I cannot login into my acct ever since I was racking up and redeeming points.

The only points I get are in store offers. It is disappointing cause some of the weekly shops I missed out on were 750 a pop. Those never worked. I go to freshco 2xs a week or more and $60 a pop min.

I think the points are a scam in the app.

Customer service said there is a technical issue. I think they know and dont care to fix because theyd lose out lots of money 1000 pts= $10.

User's recommendation: Don’t bother- accumulate points elsewhere if points is the thing you are after. This company doesn’t care about loyalty.

Locked out of my account 5

When customer service called me back twice, I got the same person twice, a girl named Jen, who refused to give me her last name or employee number which I'm entitled to for reference purposes, and when on my second call with her I asked to speak with a supervisor, she kept making excuses why I could not talk to one, then she said my supervisor will call you back, then she called back, trying to disguise her voice, saying she was a supervisor with a different name, I'm disabled by being almost totally blind, so I could not access my account properly from the instructions and told her what I did and said I could not have done that and made a partially disabled person, feel like an idiot, then my girlfriend did it properly and it said my account was locked, I will report Scene+ to an agency that handles how disabled customers are treated, and she should be fired for impersonating a supervisor or at least retrained how to handle a customer's complaint without making them feel stupid, also I would like all my calls with her listened to since it says they are recorded for training purposes
