Customer service is terrible

I bought a 1915 longblock vw motor had it professionally installed and after 125 short miles the engine seized up and had metal in oil when drained also caught my car on fire they won’t honor their 12/12 warranty don’t buy from them. The warranty is *** They blame everything on the customer. They say that fire retardant locked up the engine ha ha yeah right also sent a email with case number {{Redacted}}. I have paid about 800 on my credit card so far but no more will be paid until they fix it or refund the money. They said they were helping by sending a truck at there expense ha what about my expense mechanic bills etc oh wait am I the customer not to them they don’t care at all never said sorry about your burnt up car or anything all they said was we assume you don’t have ins. Why should I have to file a claim and make my ins go up because of their junk product.
