Probleem met internetverbinding en foutieve factuurstatus
Geachte heer/mevrouw,
Ondanks dat wij onze facturen steeds op tijd betalen, ondervinden wij de laatste tijd problemen met onze internetverbinding deze werkt erg traag en onstabiel.
Toen ik zojuist telefonisch contact opnam, werd mij meegedeeld dat de factuur van mei volgens jullie systeem nog niet betaald zou zijn. Echter, mijn vader heeft deze factuur op 8 juni al betaald.
(Zie bijlage).
Zouden jullie dit kunnen nakijken en het systeem kunnen corrigeren? Graag ontvang ik ook bevestiging van ontvangst en opvolging van dit bericht.

This is just a scam told crap
Yes, I need help and no one will help. I've been trying over and over to activate the card.
It keeps saying one of the two things: password wrong or some kind of crap like that.
I need to talk to a real person. I'm sick of this.

Good morning i have a problem becaouse i dont find any bill in my mailbox, i find only the last reminder, and my jnternet Works relly slow. I need to pay for reactivation also? And if you can send me my Scarlet internet number to sing in on your aplication it should be on the bill but i dont get it.
