Would it be possible for me to cancel my appointment Please? I had a ultrasoud appointment set up for November 7. I did not know that my old doctor transfered me to a new Medical Centre.
I also didn't know that he has me setup with a Medical Centre. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
Preferred solution: My appointment canceled at Ultrasound.
