Unromantic anniversary dinner

Update regarding our complaint dated 5-11-18. As I stated we contacted the restaurant to discuss this unfortunate event.

They never responded or had the courtesy to return a phone call to appologize or to discuss this matter, I am still waiting for the manager or owner to call me, as the girl answering the phone assured me would happen. Their customer service is lacking and inexcusable. To arrange a special, once in a life time event, to be seated near the kitchen entrance watching the servers parade by all evening, To have patrons walking past the table as the bathrooms were next to the kitchen entrance, To be subjected to the noisy kitchen atmosphere, And to get violently ill shortly after leaving the restaurant, spending the reminder of the night in the bathroom. "The fish rots from the head down".

Employees are only a mirror reflection of management and ownership. I will never endorse or patronize this establishment again.

I suggest that others beware of dining at this sub par eatery. DINERS BEWARE.

made reservation for 35th wedding anniversary dinner. we had been to this romantic restaurant before. Table was not ready when we arrived, we were sat at table near kitchen entrance and bathrooms. all evening struggled to have conversation due to noise and constant parade of employees serving and patrons using rest rooms. most disappointing. after leaving establishment I started feeling ill, when I arrived home I was doubled over with stomach cramps. things progressively worsened spending the night in the bathroom throwing up. I contacted the restaurant the following day, spoke w/female, who assured me that she would talk to the owner and call me back. It is now 6 days and counting, still no response from the restaurant manager or owner. I would not recommend or revisit this establishment. Sad
