Lied about shipping dates

ordered 11/29 did not receive. Called and told they were supposed to have shipped 12/5 but would now ship on 12/19. Called and emailed several more times and they are finally shipping today, 1/4/19. I might add I was charged back in November. Will not use them again. Of course we still have to see if we even get the correct order or not.

Bought new scale and manufacturer now tell me there is no warranty or parts available

I bought the Sartorius AY123 and the scale started drifting all over the place. The scale was advertised as brand new and no where did they disclose this was a discontinued scale and the manual listed warranty as 2 years. When I called Sartorius the manufacturer for support they told me the scale was defective but there was no warranty since the AY123 has been discontinued 5 years ago. I then called scalesgalore and they told me it was my loss and they would not replace the scale. Since i purchased this with a Amex gift card I was unable to dispute the credit card charge. Scalesgalore.com are criminals and I would never buy anything from them.

Advertised "free shipping" charged me $175.00 shipping after I ordered it said "it was a type O"

I placed my order which was very clearly marked "free shipping on this item" however they charged me $175.00 for shipping. I sent them a snap shot of their website ad showing the free shipping and the scale. They refused to refund the shipping charge stating that " they are not responsible for typing errors. Scalesgalore.com is notorious for false advertising. They claim a low price guarantee but when I ask them to match a price they try to sell me another brand.

I wanted to buy a Sartorius balance and they told me Ohaus is much better and this is a lie.

When I called Ohaus they told me the scale Scalesgalore.com was trying to sell me was discontinued over 2 years ago and had no warranty. Do not waste your time doing business with this company when is Itin Scales.

Www.unicomshippingcompany.com SCAM beware!

scam, scam, scam, scam, scam. This is a phishing scam to get info from you to use against you. NO CONTACT info at all. BEWARE! I don’t want to belabor the point—I have blogged and reported on these scams previously--but the best way, and seemingly the only way, to beat a scam is to stop it before it happens. Know their tactics. Know the red flags. According to my scam sources (a.k.a., business owners that have been scammed or nearly scammed), this is how the fake shipping company scam usually works: A customer contacts a shop via relay operator or e-mail to order a large quantity of product; in the glass industry, it’s usually 1/8-inch or ¼-inch annealed glass. (Red flags: The email exchanges are often littered with misspellings and poor grammar, and often come from a Gmail, Yahoo or similar free e-mail account.) The customer wants to pay for the product with a credit card and wants to ship the order a large distance, sometimes the end destination is across the country, sometimes it’s on another continent. The purchasing credit card is usually stolen. (Red flags: Scammers usually place an order for products they could easily get from a local shop, and the credit card billing address doesn't match the shipping address.)
