iv used my scaler wave with the only result being a severe beta burns ...this device is a full on rip off .cant get my 2000 buk back but if i ever find the sales guy il kill him .

Laser still working 4 years in

I bought a scaler wave laser three years ago and it’s been a game changer for me. I love it! And I had a good experience with the company, they took time to walk me through everything. Overall solid investment

My laser is great but the problem is this company is horrible! Kathy or Lucretia will never get back to anybody concerning your laser they have had my laser for over 2 months and repair and have not returned it and that's excluding their weekends and holidays when they don't work on the laser.

They also do not help you walk through or educate you in any way shape or form with their lasers and it is very unfortunate.

When I bought my first laser they had all sorts of people that were training and now they have none and they don't have any help I also would like to be able to get ahold of the owner of the company Paul and Lillie weisbart but there's no way to get in contact with them either so I really want to know who does own this company? And yes this is from a pissed off consumer

Would not refund my $3000 Laser and has held my old one for over 6 months

A friend purchased a Scalar Wave Laser for me 2 years ago when I was in need of stomach healing. I had been in the hospital and was being tested for all kinds of GI dysfunction. I received the laser and used it a few times, but then it broke. I returned it to the company and they were at first gracious enough to send me a replacement one immediately. Well, I again used their laser and again it broke, This went on four times over the next year until finally I returned the laser. I was in the process of moving from Atlanta, GA to California and they somehow sent a replacement to Atlanta instead of California. I never received my replacement laser (the fifth return)- instead I have spent over 15 hours of my time over the past 6 months calling emailing and getting no response from their company except for a "we will send you a replacement laser" At this point, I do not want their product, just so it can break again. I am asking for my full refund. I hope they have the integrity and high standards of customer service that I do and will realize that the amount of time I have spent of shipping and return costs and my time to continue to call them is valid. So far, I am hearing nothing from the company. My lawyer is coming to visit me next week and I will be getting her involved then. The laser cost over $3000, so this is no small investment.

The laser constantly breaks down and is costly to fix and it takes them about six weeks to mail it back to me and I only live 11 miles away. I hated their service prices and was not aware of these causes before I bought it. I loved how it worked when it worked but.......I threaten to contact Consumer's report and they warned me if I did they would never repair my laser again......

I would like to know the company that is giving the problems with the Scalar Wave Laser. I was considering buying one, but don't want to give my business to the company that won't stand behind their product.

They're called scalar wave lasers and the company owners are Paul and Lillie weisbart. I own three of them and it is very unfortunate that I love the product but the quality of the company is horrible!

The only two people you will ever speak with is Lucretia or Kathy and there is no way to get ahold of the owners Paul and Lily Weisberg. I would like to have everybody contact me who's been having problems with their laser as I am putting a case together for a lawsuit.
