I have not gotten anywhere as of yet still. I repeatedly still email them with copies of the proof of my last date of employment oh, I have not even got one response that not from any phone calls left messages or emails or mail that I have sent them.

Absolutely no response. They still have the date error in their system and refused to fix it

I worked for Spartanburg South Carolina School District 5, they have a retirement plan that they give you no choice in participating in. I no longer work for the school district and have applied for my retirement plan money to be refunded to me.

They have a date as my last date of employment as March the 4th. My last date was February the 17th of 2022. My last check was mailed out March the 4th but I worked up until the 17th of February and that's it. They make you wait 90 days after your last date that you worked, which is my issue making it longer to wait for my money to be refunded to me.

I've had nothing but issues with this company ever since I've had to deal with them. They refuse to fix the error in their system placing the blame on the school or the school district office, the school district office the school I work for and myself have tried repeatedly to have this error fixed. But we get nowhere with this, it's still in their system wrong and I'm still waiting for my refund. All I want is my money refunded back to me, all they have to do is go into their computer system and fix that date that is wrong so I can go ahead and have my money released.

They refuse to do so always passing the blame or coming up with some excuse not to do so. It in my opinion it cannot be no one's fault but theirs, it is in their system which was entered by their employees no one else.

Why can I not fix it. We have mailed them emailed them and called and gave them all the info they needed sent screenshots of letterheads with my date of last employment and everything and still to avail
