Double charge me for 5 months. Once on the first of the month and the next on the 31st.
They sent me a copy of their payments received, which does not match my bank statement. They still have done nothing to either credit my account or give me a refund for the EXTRA money they took out of my bank account. I have sent them bank statements to verify they took 2 payments a month, but have heard nothing back from them!!! They are not even attempting to resolve this issue!
