Won't even look at couch
Have been calling about a sofa that is 7 months old for over a month now. One cushion on both the love seat and the sofa have shifted forward about an inch. The owner of the store is telling me that because I have dogs that they will do nothing about it..my dogs never go on this couch. I asked how come I was getting the run around (I was told once that a work order had been written up) and he said ..no run around we just weren't returning your calls. I would like to know where in the warranty it states that dog ownership negates the warranty! Called the lazy boy customer service and they apologized that the saxony house people won't work with me. DO NOT BUY LAZY BOY FURNITURE from Saxony House!
