Saxon Mortgage needs to be out of business!
I lost my job and because Bank of America refused to modify my home loan I could not make the payments. What's ridicules is that they wouldn't even accept partial payments so I fell way behind. Bank of America sold my mortgage to Saxon. For over a year I received letters stating that they were still reviewing my information and would get back with me within 9 weeks. Eveeytime I called the customer service rep would tell me that they currently have my information on file and are reviewing it. About a month ago I received a notice from some attorney representing Saxon that my house will be up for public auction in 10 days!!! WTF!!! I called Saxon, sent all of my information to them again and im still getting the same run around that they're still reviewing my info. This place is a joke and no help what so ever! Im forced to file bankruptcy just to keep my home because they're too ignorant to do their job! I just needed to know what my payments would be and they refused to work with me! This is an awful company that should be sued for every cent they've ever taken from anyone. I don't know how these people can sleep at night.

Original review Feb 21, 2012
My mortgage was sold by Saxon to another company in May2011. I am still waiting to get my 1098 tax information for the peroid Saxon was servicing my mortgage. I called several times only to be told that my account number cannot be viewed, since they no longer service my loan. I was given a fax number to fax request for 1098. I did but have not recieved 1098 as yet or a response. I dont know if anyone else has this problem with Saxon Why do I have to be calling or faxing request for this I need to do my taxes and that is the only document I am waiting on, they claim that all 1098 will be sent out by January 31st 2012. It is almost the end of Feb2012 and i did not get my 1098

I would love to join the lawsuit against saxon mortgage linda @ 601892****
saxon put me into foreclosure twice then finally they forced me to do a shortsale on my home. they would not give me a modification. I think that was so unfair. I had been in my home over 5 years, i got divorced, therefore that was a hardship, and they still would not let my get a modification under HAMP. now i am having to rent a home. I think they should be made to pay. No one should be done like this. I think saxon has done many people wrong and they should pay for it. My name is linda and i can be reached at 601892****. I am from mississippi.

They have failed us in our hour of need. This is something that will plague us till the people stand up and refuse to pay them anything unless they follow the LAW. Saxon mortgage or Ocwen Financial
My loan was sold to saxon in 2005 wich started a 5 year nightmare. They had raised my intrest to 14 precent from 7 in one year. I too had tried a modification threw them. They lost my paperwork 4 times and my home wnet into foreclosure. I had to hire a third pary for 1500.00 to negotiate on my behalf with saxon. When all was said and done I have a mountian of fees and costs to the tune of $3,000 that were tacked on my mortgage. We sent every peice of paper asked for and had them all notorized multiple times.Still papers were lost or they said were filled out incorrectly. When my home went into forcloseure they finally found all the missing paper work. They said we now owe attorney fees and other fees asociated with the mortgage.I have saved all docs pertaning to this just in case.I AM VERRY INTERESTED JOINING A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THESE CRIMINALS. Can some one tell me where to go to join in on this. My eamil is Bigflazz73@***.com

SAXON "CUSTOMER SERVICE" SUCKS
My loan was sold to Saxon. While they are certainly organized enough to send their bills on time (actually, their BILLS are always early), their customer service is basically nonexistent. I cannot get anyone on the phone (their voicemail system keeps disconnecting me when I am going through the prompts) nor can I get even an email to them ("there has been a problem processing your request" etc). If you have any questions about your loan at all, you are required to write them a letter, and you will get a response maybe a month later. IT'S HORRIBLE. I feel held hostage, and I am praying I can afford to refinance sometime so I can get away from this awful company and have a mortgage with a company that offers real customer service.

Saxon home loan mortgage
My loan initially was with Saxon but thought out that three year period it was terrible customer service the worst of communication no help with payments or home loan modifications. NOW NOW IT GETS WORSE I am trying to get my taxes done and of course it's the middle of Feb and NEVER received the interest statement from Saxon. I was told customer services does not handle that and was given a fax number to send all info to them BUT could not call. This was in early jan and have yet to receive any word from Saxon. And now all that interest paid I can not claim because they did not send me the interest forms. I am SO SO SO SO glad my loan got sold to another company.

SAXON INSURANCE DEPT IS FRAUDULENT
They will make you take there insurance no matter how many proof of insurance documents you provide. Never in my life have I seen a company this blatantly awful in my life. As an insurance agent I deal with mortgage companies everyday....and this never happens. It happens with Saxon every single time. We represent an elderly couple who has paid for their taxes and insurance in their escrow with Saxon. They will not send out a check for the couple's insurance. We will be filing with the Attorney General's office and hopefully some light will be brought to this situation. These people are crooks. This is the first online complaint I have ever made....with any company.

Saxon is the mafia!
They forced me into foreclosure. I was only behind 1 month. They lost a payment, then found it once I had the western union slip but said that was for the previous month I said whatever tried 2 pay 2 months but they didnt want that, they wanted 2 months plus $800 in late fees and other fees and wanted it in 4 days! The payment plans they came up with were unaffordable and they knew it! Why would I agree to pay $2000 more in the end then what I owe! I asked for disclosure of fees, got nothing. They put a foreclosure sale on my door so I filed chapt 13. I got together all my statements and even added $1000 extra when asked how much I owed in arrears. They filed a claim and added another $1500 and my lawyer says they are more than likely going to file an objection saying I was untruthful in what I owe and that my payment plan was incorrect! So these people don't want to help anyone, they want to steal your house. Make no mistake. Why else would they try and get your case dismissed in a chap 13? They are getting their money! Why else would they refuse ANY payments? I had a 2nd mortgage with HSBC and they took WHATEVER I sent them, no questions asked (added fees but NEVER refused) They know they do not own your mortgage so they have to kick you out, sell it back to themselves and then sell it on the market because they cannot show proof of chain of title. This is the only way to show they own it. I am in MI and they don't need the original note, but they don't have it. They have a copy and the assignment was done the end of Aug. I owed for May, June, July and Aug so why AFTER I am late do they file an assignment? Signed by Angelo Mayfield. They know its fraud so they need me out before it hits the fan! I am trying to hang on to it! I make GOOD money and could have caught up if they would have taken my payment! I wouldnt be here right now. THATS how I know they just want the house.

Saxon Complaints
In or about May 2009 through July 2009 Morgan Stanley Home Loans aka Saxon refused to provide timely documentation to my husband for his 401 K Hardship Loan requirements in order to make current his home loan ($14 K). In fact, my husband made numerous contacts with Morgan Stanley Home Loans (Saxon) Customer Service Department and each time spoke to a different representative who knew nothing about this request. Further, on one of my husband's contacts with the customer service department, he was advised by the representative that Morgan Stanley Home Loans did not want his money as it would stop the default/foreclosure time clock. This representative informed my husband that if they accepted his money, that they would take our house regardless. Although not named on the loan documents but a legal owner of the property, Morgan Stanley Home Loans (Saxon) failed and refused to notify myself personally at any time of this impending foreclosure and sale of the family home of 16 years. Morgan Stanley Home Loans had full knowledge how to and the ability to make contact with myself (work phone, email and cell phone) and failed and refused to contact myself. It was not until the weekend before Thanksgiving 2009 that I learned that my house was sold at auction. I have made numerous attempts to allow Morgan Stanley Home Loans to correct this deceitful act going as far as speaking with their CEO, Anthony Meola. Mr. Meola refused to deal with the situation and forwarded my complaint to his assistant general counsel, Andrew Cline. As it goes, my family was served with an Unlawful Detainer Complaint, had to appear in Superior Court of California and was forced to move by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department from our home of 16 years. We have incurred substantial legal fees, moving expenses and not to mention extreme emotional and physical distress of myself, my husband and my ten year old son. In conclusion, Morgan Stanley Home Loans (Saxon) never offered to modify our loan terms or accept any payment on our mortgage or notify myself, a legal owner of the property. Morgan Stanley "ramrodded" our home into foreclosure and sale. The home was unlawfully and fraudulently sold at auction in Nov. 2009 for $404,000. At that time the amount due on the mortgage was approximately $350,000. The home again was sold in July 2010 for $579,000. Morgan Stanley (Saxon) has unlawfully and fraudulently stolen our rightful equity in our home in the sum of $229,000. Morgan Stanley (Saxon) has failed to redeem our rightful property or pay for our equity in our home in the sum of $229,000. Anyone that has problems with Saxon Mortgage aka Morgan Stanley Home Loans should contact Morgan Stanley Integrity Hotline at 866-448-****. Morgan Stanley is the parent company of Saxon. The Integity Hotline will initiate an investigation of your complaints against Saxon.

SAXON MORTGAGE IS INEFFICIENT
We submitted the required documents for the home modification. However, we sent our first payment in early (2 weeks) and Saxon posted it to principal and began billing us for the late first payment.! We made three additional payments and quite. We made several attempts to bring this error to their attention. Nevertheless, they continued to bill us and proceeded with forclosure proceedings. It took nine months to find their error. Then, they wanted us to pay all attorney and late fees for the time it took them to find their error. We lost our house because they lost our money.

That would be FAXED (not faced!)
Same problem here- faced 8 times and have made at least 15 calls!! FRUSTRATING!!
I am having the same problem!! My mortgage was sold to Ocwen and Saxon said they would have all my information and now Ocwen is telling me Saxon should have submitted another 1098 for the payments I made to them.
This company has been so frustrating........I just faxed another letter to Saxon telling them they are responsible for the taxes I paid to them until May. You might want to do the same....
