Sawgrass SG500 won't print to bypass tray
- - SG500 won't print from the bypass tray; it sometimes prints but stops, while printing from the quick print folder works with scaling off.
Sawgrass SG500 won't print to the bypass tray. We have checked and rechecked, installed and removed, and rebooted many times.
One time it will print; the next it won't. Finally, got it to print from the quick print folder, but the scale is off.

Nobody answers the phone. I have an error code SC570-01.

- - Issue began after the print manager was removed.

- - Hundreds of dollars are tied to cup designs.
I have had issues with my program ever since print manager was removed. Now I am unable to even find the part of the program where all of my designs have been stored. I need this fixed ASAP due to the fact that I have hundreds of dollars wrapped up in designs for cups.
