I keep asking for my refund and I keep getting emails saying my refund is being processed. This is 4 months now with same canned response by email but no refund.

No way to speak to anyone. Just a scam!

I purchased an umbrella online. I tried to cancel it within 10 minutes and was told it could not be cancelled, but I could return it for a refund.I returned the package unopened . I waited weeks and did not receive a refund. When I contacted them they said it was delivered to me and apparently they had no record of receiving it. After several more contacts, I provided them with the copy of the tracking information from the Post Office showing it was received by them. They then asked for a picture of me having the conversation about the tracking with the P.O. agent. More emails followed back and forth and they then said they received the item but it was not in the original package. This was a lie because I had a picture of the package with the original label because I returned it unopened. They are now offering me store credit minus shipping costs both ways. Almost 3 months and I still do not have my money. Stay away from this company.
