I have an issue with Jeff Tuller and Savvier Inc. I spoke to Jeff Tuller, owner of Savvier Inc., who is selling my product Tummy Tuck, which he underhandedly obtained from Davison Design of Pittsburg, PA. Jeff Tuller, and believe me i can prove my case if i was given legal permission to obtain by subpoena telephone records of all parties involved, that Tuller unethically obtained my idea/product to make million of dollars, the product in question "Tummy Tuck" Not only did Jeff Tuller take and use my product name but also took my product idea. I spoke personally with Jeff Tuller in 2014 via telephone and told him I knew how and where he got the Tummy Tuck name and product idea, from George Davison Of Davison Design. In May of 2008, after giving Davison Design my NDA and $9000 to find an investor for Tummy Tuck and assuring me that they have a very interested investor for my product and it was definite that I was going to receive 4% royalties from the sale of my product by this company. After signing the royalty agreement and $9000 paid to Davison, this interested investor decided not to invest in Tummy Tuck. In 2010, Savvier Inc. markets Tummy Tuck via infomercials in on US television. 1 Canadian, who happens to be a client of my salon, was vacationing in Florida in 2012 when she watched the Tummy Tuck infomercial. She called the toll free number to order the product and was successful, that was up until she gave her Canadian shipping address. The agent from Tummy Tuck said sorry but they don't ship to Canada. This was when a red flag went up that this Tummy Tuck product was my product! She came back to Canada and came to my salon and told me that someone in the United States was selling my product Tummy Tuck, and she was suspicious to say the least, that they wouldn't ship to Canada. In 2013 Tummy Tuck appeared on Canadian television showing up on the guide channel in bold capital letters TUMMY TUCK. I called Jeff Tuller, owner of Savvier Inc. and we had a conversation via telephone. I said told him that I knew where and how he got my idea. I also told him that his headline on the tv guide channel is TUMMY TUCK in big bold letters. At the end of the conversation Jeff Tuller asked me was I going to sue his company and I replied by saying that a person knows their own invention when they see it! I hung up the phone and two weeks later sure enough! the big bold letters displayed on the TV Guide channel were no longer TUMMY TUCK but were replaced with Slim your belly... I have tried to contact Jeff Tuller to discuss financial compensation that i should rightfully receive, to no avail. Jeff Tuller, if you are a decent business man, you will contact me so we can discuss this because believe me if I find a lawyer who will take on this case and have all parties telephone records subpoened, i I called Jeff Tuller personally and told him I knew where he obtained Tunmy Tuck
This is a false allegation. Dawson Onb (who's real name is Tina Kavanagh) attempted to make such false claims in court and all claims were dismissed by the court (see Kavanagh vs Savvier).
Savvier never spoke to Kavanagh prior to the creation of the Tummy Tuck product, nor did Savvier ever speak to this so-called Davidson Design Group. The statements in this "review" about Savvier are completely false.
The apparent situation is that Kavanagh has sour grapes with Davidson Design Group, and decided to make false allegations against Savvier. Based upon the false allegations made against Savvier, it is also likely that the statements which Kavanagh has made about Davidson Design Group (assuming they actually exist) are also false. This false statement of a "review" by Kavanagh (aka Dawson Onb) should be removed.
