I am not received a coupon booklet
I was to receive the booklet on February 11th and as of February 14th I have not received such information.
User's recommendation: Make sure the customer receives the booklet that he has paid for. The customer should have his account credited.
Too many payment was processed on my card
I made a payment process of $45 and somehow your machine took two payments of $45 off my card. It only supposed to have one payment of $45 not to need to speak to represent.
