- - Tried for over two months to verify my dog is registered to me.
- - Cannot reach anyone and doubt there are staff.
I have been trying for over two months to get somebody to call me back or email me to verify that my new dog is registered to me and not the previous owner in case she gets lost. I cannot get a hold of a person I don't even know if there's people that actually work there. If she didn't already have this microchip in her already and I could have picked a different company to use I would have.

we signed up with save this life and paid them for dog tags and their so-called service. they never sent the tags even after several phone calls and promises (lies) that they would send them. never sent.
finally called the "manager" , a very nasty woman, she refused to refund our money and hung up on me. so do NOT use them, unless you want to waste your time and money.
