Web site needs fixing.
- - Re-login with a different email and the app wouldn’t finish.
- - Adding toilet created a second item I couldn’t delete.
I also found their website difficult. For example, I had to re-log in again under a different email because the application I started would not complete itself.
I believe this is because I hit add toilet after adding the first toilet instead of close. So it added another toilet. But then I could not delete it. So it would not finish the application, and would not let me abort the whole process.
The web authors should grow up and use more standardized terminology. "Next:" would have been a better choice than "add toilet" vs.
"close". And they need to have better troubleshooting protocols before publishing a flawede website.
