Poor quality product and frustrating service experience

Fausto Papa provides cheaper prices but not by much when compared to Budget Blinds. His measurements are inaccurate, the installation had to be re-done and at one point fell off the wall during the first install, the quality of blinds is terrible. There was quite a bit of leakage on the sides of blinds so the blackout blinds are useless. His knowledge of the different product lines is very limited and he's frustrating to deal with -- kept scratching his head and looking confused whenever we asked basic questions and he made multiple visits when only two sufficed. He also damaged our trim when installing the blinds. He tries to push the cheap faux-wood blinds that don't work well.
