I had gone to a concert and my iPod fell out of my pocket and slipped under the bleachers and wouldn't look for it

So I had recently gone to a concert at the save mart center in Fresno California on February the 14th,2014 and my ipod accidentally fell out of my pocket and slipped under the bleachers. I called back and told them everything and they said sorry we are still cleaning call back later so I called back they said sorry we are closed please call back tomorrow so I did and they said sorry we are closed call back so I did they said sorry we have an event right now please call back later so I did and they said sorry we are still cleaning pleas call again later and I did and guess what they said sorry we are closed call back tomorrow
