Servant is a piece of *** and they have no customer support to help anybody. It does not work half the time; it becomes unsynced with your television, and then there are many other problems that pop up.

Savant not connecting to internet

Got nothing! This contact did absolute nothing to help solve my issue.

I was told to contact a dealer. Duh??? Is that helpful on a Saturday pm? Nope!

If you have a problem wait until Monday between their hours of op, M-F. Forget help on the weekends. Of course tell your system not to break down suddenly on the weekend!

Contract mistakes from there office. Began work with out a signed contract.

Wrong size stand. Change of offered promotions and financing.

POOR SAVANT SERVICE

I have a Savant home system that controls my Security Cameras, lights, music, and cable TV. I have had the system for about four years, each and every month the system goes down, the technician who installed it is called at $150.00 per hour and he spends three hours restoring the service.

We changed them as I was dissatisfied with the service as he said Comcast was sending signals several times per day that was confusing the Savant System. I got rid of them and went to Alarm Brokers of Miami another certified Savant tech who reprogramed the complete system changed the Comcast modem to a new modem, the power pack, and did some other changes totaling nearly one thousand dollars, the same problem continued. He then advised the problem was being caused by Comcast who came did their checks and advised the problem was being caused by the new Modem which was not theirs. A month later the system went down again, Alarm brokers was again called to restore the service and said Comcast was the problem, Comcast came again, said the problem was caused by the equipment installed by Alarm Brokers.

My system is again down, Comcast is blaming Alarm Brokers and they are blaming Alarm Brokers. I contracted your certified technician to fix the problem and have already spent over one thousand dollars on new equipment and service calls and do not intend to continue with this back and forth between the technician and Comcast.

They need to resolve the issue as i have paid and changed every piece of equipment he said needed changing and have no intention of reverting to another Savant Service Technician playing these games. Your assistance is needed to resolve the problem before i write a very bad review of your product.
