Their product os a piece of ***. never works

I have had an OnPar gps for golf for about three years. The concept was good--big screen, no annual fees, accurate gps. The problem is it continually locks up during a round of golf and you have to turn it off and then start all over again. I have called repeatedly and am always told "there is a software glitch and a fix is coming", but never comes. Save yourself a headache and some big bucks--DON"T Buy one. Their support unit must be tired of this also because at first they were friendly and helpful, but for the past year they have been abrupt and rude.

OnPar Golf GPS

I feel like I'm working with a monkey with a football. In early January I paid almost $400 for an OnPar. GPS. Using it on the Course for three weeks it never operated satisfactorily. I took it several times to my Proshop from whom I purchased it. They made several attempts by corresponding with you with no success in having it perform as advertised. Three weeks ago they returned it on your advice. Finally you told them they would get a new unit. Spending $400 I have not had a GPS for 2 months. The Proshop gave me a new one today. I have spent three hours attempting to register it without success. I have concluded your product is a piece of *** How do you stay in business?
