Failure to deliver papers
No response. No papers since May 31. Received two invoices so far.
We had a long standing subscription for 7 day delivered to our home in the AM. We put a vacation hold when we were out of area for 3 weeks in June 2023.
Upon our return, we notified the Savannah MN and Island Packet to restore delivery service.
Numerous calls to Customer Service failed to get any daily Savannah papers. All the service reps stated they could make things happen.
In 3 months we received 2 newspapers by US Postal delivery 14 days after the published date. lots of calls later I was told the SMN isn't delivered to Bluffton addresses., do not give

Verified ReviewerThis paper is old news, certainly not what it used to be. That is when it’s delivered, which I didn’t receive the Sunday paper.
I didn't receive my paper Sunday and had to purchase One for $5. This has happening to often and I'm very disappointed in my service. Also I believe I'm being over charged for my subscription.
Missing paper for the last two days
I have not gotten a paper in the last four days, I want to cancel my subscription and my money return to me, Im sick of not getting a paper everyday, I have been customer since in the 1980s

My Wife has contacted your paper 5 times in reference to getting the correct e-mail address for the E edition. This has been going on since March when this was started.
To this very day I am not getting the paper to my e-mail address. This is your last chance to get it right. If this is too much a problem then maybe we need to have the rest of my 1 year advanced paid subscription refunded. I'm HIGHLY UPSET.
The correct e-mail is viper88tec@***.com. The subscription is in my Wife's name Cathy Lindemann.

Not a person called me. I have been having the paper put in a paper slot for 37 YEARS.
Last three days they are throwing paper on the driveway. Not happy at deliverer or your office since cant talk to a live person

Havent received a paper since last Thursday. This happens all the time and there is no one in customer service to speak with.

Never received the newspaper and no one answers the phone. Mistake to use my credit card too. I just moved here and was looking forward to having my coffee and paper w/ in AM

Missing papers
My morning papers. Are consistently not ring delivered.I have been a customer for over 14 years but they do not seem to care.And speaking of care their customer service just parrots the line that they willl send it to a higher dept. But nothingdod has changed.
