Did my purchase go thru or not?
- Savannabee products and store staff are good.
- The website is unreliable, causing order and payment errors and left-behind messages.
I like Savannabee a lot for product and the Savanna store people I've interacted with have been great. The website sucks though.
Yesterday I decided to make a fist of trying to place an order there once more but, again, it was awful. Not only did I need to keep repeat characters that disappeared but I put my AMEX card details in and the response was that my VISA card on file was not up/to/date; or something similar. After attempting the process again and not getting confirmation that the purchase went through I gave up and called the store. Can you get your website to actually work smoothly?
The store doesn't, correctly, store my information so it makes the ordering tedious but better that that using your website. Today I see communications from the website that "I'd left something bee-hind" but I really hadn't because I tried twice and gave up.
User's recommendation: Call the store you want not use the website.
