Verified ReviewerBlamed me for hole
I had my Saucony trail running shoes less than a month and they developed *** on the side. They said it was likely due to my choosing the wrong size or my toenails too long.
They said to put tape or plaster in the shoe to prevent this. What kind of company says that?!
They said this is standard across all brands. I said Id let Nike know - since thats where Ill be getting shoes from now on.
- Poor quality & service

Verified ReviewerDishonest: Saucony slashes the price only to change it back as you check out
They are a sneaky group. I saw a pair of shoes advertised at 80.00 but when I went to check out the price turned into 180.00.
I contacted live chat and the employee said I was lying?? He later admitted that the price was 90.00 but that it is not now. The price was 80.00 and they are drawing people in off of google and when you add the item to your cart, they inflate the price to more than double. Be wary.
Dishonest and sleazy employees. There is no way the shoes were worth 180.00 for foam and dye.

Preferred solution: Price reduction

Verified ReviewerResolved: Manufacturing defect in endorphin
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They were quick in replacing the defective product.
Hello Team,
I spent 13k on saucony shoes endorphin running shoes thinking it will be the best for my daily activities and running , thinking it will be comfortable however in vain.I also have ASICS, reebok, Nike however none is as unfortable as saucony now sure why however it seems there is some manufacturing defect.
I am a guy with no foot or body deformations, a normal guy. Never had issues running it any pains in the sole area.
But using saucony I have developed extreme pain while my work out , the pain originates maily from the instep arch of the feet. The pain is so severe that I have to stop running. This pain develops to severe in 2 scenarios 1. Running for more than 3 min
2.
Walking or brisk walking for more then 5 minutes
I like to add this is not observed when I do same activities using my ASICS or Nike or reebok shoes.
Apart from the above the shape of the left shoes are aligned toward the left of the left foot picture 3 to be referred.
The shape of the shoes around the toe deformed right in the first month. Refer to picture 2
Picture one shows the area of the foot I circled that has this pain.
I will request you to plz replace this shoe with another running shoe or refund me the money due to this manufacturing defect.
Ordered in India
Thanks,

Shoes gave me blisters
Typically when you first buy a running sneaker, it might take a few runs before they are broken in. And during this time, blisters are certainly a possibility.
I thought that would be the case with my Saucony guide 6 running shoes the first pair of sneakers I had purchased from the company. Unfortunately for my feet, I couldn't have been more wrong. The blisters on both of my feet persisted and continued to get worse the more I ran in my sneakers. I thought perhaps I needed to just let them heal and then the shoes would be fine.
Nope. After letting my blisters completely heal, I went back to running in my Sauconys.
My blisters came back and were actually worse. I had to purchase a new pair of running shoes and was out the money I had paid to buy the Guide 6s as they are no longer usable unless I want to deal with awful blisters.
