I received a handful of text messages from my delivery person, none of which I understood because I do not speak Spanish. English is not my first language and I understand the difficulty in communicating, but there are free apps that can be used to translate Spanish to English and vice versa. I strongly suggest these apps be used by your non-English-speaking delivery personnel, as this is an English-speaking country.

Delivery taking toooo long
Out of stock on 2 brands of cigarettes that were already too much $$. Third pack to almost 90 minutes to arrive - from a mile away .
Kept changing the estimated arrival time!!! Horrible!!!

I ordered 2 bottles of wine and only received one (price $30) I immediately tried to contact them and have been unable to reach them by phone or email. The bottle of wine that they shorted me was $30. I will never order from here again.

I contacted customer support yesterday and still not have heard from them at all. I have screen chits to prove that they do not care and Im a frequent buyer.
I had a question about the retailer not having my item in stock for almost a month and every time I get a different answer from support.
There is no one that you can call either because the automated system is basically telling us to F ourselves even when youre in of help. Do not support this company because they obviously dont care about loyalty customers
