I ordered three cans of Skoal pouches, but I received cans of ZYN pouches. I'm gonna order again this week for three cans of Skoal pouches.

I've been ordering Skoal pouches from your company for at least six months. If I don't receive the right order again, I will not use your company again.

I contacted customer support yesterday and still not have heard from them at all. I have screen chits to prove that they do not care and Im a frequent buyer.

I had a question about the retailer not having my item in stock for almost a month and every time I get a different answer from support.

There is no one that you can call either because the automated system is basically telling us to F ourselves even when youre in of help. Do not support this company because they obviously dont care about loyalty customers
