I love their products, they've been out for a very long time and really know their wax. However, I think they went through a third party to do their shipping, which is a mistake.
It took way longer than it should have. They need to take care of business at home not have a third party doing their business for them.
I ordered from them on February 12th!
Where is my order? It's still not here. I keep getting the run around...
