Patient Care Staff
- - The company aims to care for patients and staff.
- - Incompetent clinic managers fire staff, causing short-staffing and turnover.
This is a non-profit hemodialysis company. The company itself strives to provide great care for their patients as well as their staff.
However, several of the Clinic Managers are incompetent and will fire staff for absurd reasons. As a result, the unit is short-staffed and patient care suffers. The unit I worked at had the highest staff turn-overs I've ever seen. Even though the company has great mission/vision, it's hard to fulfill because of the way the managers run the units.
Fortunately for the company, the staff that were wrongfully terminated did not hire employment lawyers, otherwise, the company can lose lots of $$$.
If you can work at the corporate level, great!... otherwise, stay away from the clinics.

I agree with this post The manager where I worked in Memphis was extremely incompetent. She was a bully and got away with it!
The company has no structure. The company only cares about money.
