Following up on email sent days ago
I need to return items purchased as they were damaged. Fabric has pulls in it I have left messages for a call back and received no call.
I have emailed to know if I can items returned for new ones. No reply.

When trying to go into my email by pressing dresses , tops or anything I am Constantly getting 403 Forbidden . Why is this ?
I cannot go onto your website at all . Even Google gives 403 forbidden
