Checking on missing item
Missing item, initially missing from original order. Was told it would be sent.
I received a duplicate of the strap that came with the 1/3 sash I received. I inquired & was told the printed strap would be sent. I have not received any further information. My account does not show that any item is in the process or being sent.
Ive done the chatbot & sent an email.
I get return emails that my requests have been received & that I would receive a response but I have received no further contact. I would just really like someone to respond to my concerns & send me the correct strap that I originally ordered.

I would give them a zero star at this moment. I was a loyal customer until it took over 18 months for me to get my sash bag.
They never indicated they were in trouble financially. They have sales after sales and I fell into it again. I've been waiting for a bag now for almost 1 year. I ordered two half sash bags and because of the weight, I was trying to cancel my order.
I was convinced by customer service to hold off because the bags were coming. While waiting to get one of the two sash half bags, I got an email from Carla telling me that the crossbody straps were made short. I would receive a new one in about a week after I received my first sash bag. I received one of my sash bags about 3 months ago, but I can't use it because the strap is too short.
I wrote back to Carla and told her I just wanted a refund and I would return the bag. That was the last I've heard from them. I've been writing to them every 2 to 3 weeks and I'm not getting any response.
Buyers beware! Don't fall into the same trap as I did.

Orders numbered 167349 of 4/14/2024 and 213082 of 3/11/2025 have not shipped as of this date, 10/10/2025. Sash Bags customer service phone number, listed on their website, appears to be out of service.
Numerous attempts to get shipping dates on orders placed 18 months and 7 months ago have been made. I have never received shipping dates on either order.

Poor service
Poor, still don't have response to estimated arrival or refund. Cannot get ahold of anyone for help.

I find Sash Bag customer service to be less than sub-par, it is actually neglectful in their inability to be non-responsive to a customer that has paid for an item, while they're able to be actively engaging in marketing on QVC and/or HSN while continuing to sell their Sash Bag products. Not only do I what a FULL REFUND, I also will seek additional damages for the pain and suffering I've endured due to their lack of professionalism.
After no satisfaction, I have sent two recent emails requesting that I be fully refunded in the amount of $244.43.
They still have not returned any calls or responded to my emails since March 14, 25 besides receiving their auto-bot generated email response, in which I have informed them of my plans to move forward with legal action. Due to Sash Bag continuing to market, advertise, and sell their product without compensating me for my purchased item and negligence in providing the requested refund.

Ordered a special order Paisley bag said it would come within a couple of months. It has been over a year and no one will answer. My question has been shipped.

Verified ReviewerOn 12-2-2024 ordered 3 purses long story short they discontinued one of them so they refunded my money for the one purse & said they would send the other two I ordered & paid for after three e-mails
After 4 e-mails & numerous calls I still have not received my two purses but the company sure got their money poor way to treat a repeat or any customer!!!
Paid for two purses NEVER received them sent three e-mails to Sash still never received my purchases

There is no person to talk to about my situation, and they give a wrong phone number when you call. I chatted with someone online who wanted all of my credit card information first before they would help me, which sounds like a big scam to me!
So, I'm out one Sash bag, which is basically out $200.00! I'm not very happy at all!
