they fulfilled 0 of their contracted obligations then sold us. have we no recourse??

perhaps a class-action suit? does anyone have any contact info for these people?? it has been months with no contact from anyone at their site & after several attempts to contact someone who could help me, including email, mail, in-person visits, I get the phone number of the new owners. Then I am told all they can do for me is service the account, they don't have my money to refund.

huh??!!?? I am perplexed--how can they buy the clients yet not be able to fully service them, including dealing with disappointed clients.

I should have realized how shady they were from the contract. There is no identifying or contact info anywhere.

Sarasota Singles sold out to Suncoast Interductions. They signed me up right before.

I cancelled before the 3 day legal time frame due to health issues. They told me I would get my money back. Then they sold. The new company says they aren't responsible???

I have talked to many people, and sent certified letters, called, went to the office, and then after everything one person told me that they have a bond on the business to take care of this sort of thing if they go under. I have gotten nothing but LIES! GUESS ILL HAVE TO HO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!

STAY AWAY!!! I kept all corraspondance

These people are total liars. They have absolutely no regard for you or your needs - they simply lie , lie , lie .

They lie from the first contact - the original interviewer suggests that they have numerous matches just waiting for someone like you. ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL LIES. One poor woman told me that she had paid $8000 and had 10 dates , none of whom were anywhere near a match. These people have absolutely no ethics - they just want your money.

How can they be allowed to stay in business? Stay as far away as possible and certainly do not believe any of their supposed 'successes' - it's all a fabrication.

I went through a 2 hour interview, filled out paperwork as to what I was looking for in a partner, was promised the moon by one of their so-called expert profilers who told me she knew of several men that would be perfect for me. Hah!

I waited and waited and was finally matched with someone I had nothing in common with. Same thing on 2nd match. Then several months went by & heard nothing from them. And for this I paid thousands of dollars?

What a rip off! I ended up meeting my fiance on Plenty of Fish and it didn't cost me a dime.

STAY AWAY FROM SARASOTA SINGLES! BIG SCAM IN MY OPINION.

Sarasota singles is a sham. I payed them 5000+ dollars.

In 5 months I have gotten three loser dates. They tell me it takes two to three weeks to find a match. It's been at least seven weeks since they have called me.

If they haven't closed down already. I am contacting the States Attorney's office through my lawyer.

"Match Maker" I think not, the only thing they will match is what you have and what they will take form you.

Run don't walk form this place, they have been lying so long about everything that they can't tell a lie from the truth anymore, really they are believing their own lies.

Are they high priced? yes, but if they would really deliver what you are told before you pay it, the service could be worth it in today's busy world. Moving into a new place it takes time to find new friends, so a service it's that bad of an idea if the service is real and telling the truth.

Well Sarasota Singles is not trust me, they told me lie after lie. You are told they are a professional match making service with hundreds of members looking for the same thing you are, someone new who is a great match .

However once they get your money all they have is lie after lie why they can't find someone in the pool of thousands of member that is like you. Now remember just days ago when they wanted your money you were told by your interviewer that they personally know of at least 6 members that has been looking for someone like you. They are so good at the lie that you really believe them but that is what a good *** will do.

So please save your money take it and go buy beers for everyone once a week in a bar, you will make MANY more friends then this service
