I wanted to return items that didn't fit, but all I got offered was a replacement, which I did not want, or a 50% refund. That sucks. You make it impossible to return.

- - I filled out a refund form and was told I'd get back.
- - Two days later they said I needed a shoppers card from a website to get the refund.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I agreedvto a partial refund because I could see there was no way they were going to give me a full refund and at least I would save on the return shipping.
I filled out the form for a refund and was told they would get back to me. I waited two days and nobody got back to me.
Therefore I called finally got to speak to someone who told me I had to go to a special website and find a shoppers card, which I never heard of and couldnt find. She just kept repeating herself and refused to give me a refund without the shoppers card.
