Resolved: Buyer beware
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. A "second" shipment of the order was sent.
Within 24 hours I was sent the DHL tracking #. When I didn't hear anything for 12 days, I learned that a label had been generated but the items were never sent to DHL. I sent an email to customer service. No response.
There was no phone number or any other contact method on their website. I found a phone number online (but not on their website). I called several times and was not able to speak to anyone - I left several voicemail messages with the Operator and tried their dial by number directory which could never successfully find an employee's name. I messaged Sara on LinkedIn.
I messaged the company's Facebook account. I sent a message through Pissed Consumer, which was rejected by the company. I finally found an "info" email address and received a message SIX DAYS later that their records show the product had been delivered (not true) and that they would send me a replacement order - but with no tracking information. Finally the product arrived today, a full 28 days after it was placed.
While I am still a fan of the product, I will never purchase anything directly, or indirectly, from the company. Buyer beware!!!

I've been waiting almost a month for my products. Only one was delayed and should have shipped.
My order number is #Vsarahapp5158. I saw your product on the View. I shouldn't need to google you to contact your customer service office.
Your links on your site are only there to collect my email, not to help me contact customer service. I need to hear from your company soon or I will cancel this order and consider it fraud!
