Poor customer service
My package was delivered to an address in Ohio, instead of where I live in Delaware. Im so frustrated that there is no phone number to contact customer service and I have had no reply to 2 emails sent to them. So now Im out of $65 and no shoes.

Having a very difficult time trying to speak to customer service. I received sandals 2 weeks ago.
The right sandal apparently has a defective strap. One side is longer than the other.
I've worn them for about 15 minutes. I do not have the order number, but the order was processed by my bank on April 17th.
