my son bought suit £269 and it was unsuitable colour so he returned it for a refund. Twice it has been returned to us and no refund.

Do not buy here. No one will answer a phone, No one will reply to email. No customer service. No one to help.

It has cost £18 in postage to return the parcel by tracked service twice and it is just sent back. we cannot go back to London to return it. We retruned it within 14 days, not is is over three weeks of being posted back and forth. Rotten service.

Mr Singh signed for it at the mail order department so they have the suit and they have the money 2 x £269 and my son has no suit.

They refuse to refund. They refuse to contact us. They have stolen the suit. They said no refunds only exchange.

we have not even been offered exchange. What to do please

Santoro London is not the same as Santoro Milan but both in the same Oxford Street as eachother.I took legal advice and was advised to write to santoromilanclothing@***.com an if I had no luck to write to the ombudsman for dispute resolution.I had a reply to say they received the suit and we can see the parcel was signed for.However they keep the suit value £269 and they keep my son's money £269. They say only mail order is refundable not shop.Do NOT buy from the shop or you can only exchange.

We are waiting for a fair resolution for my son who has no suit at all. There are no grey suits at Santoro Milan.

My son bought suit at Santoro Milan London.

It was unsuitable for use for job interviews, weddings, funerals, formal occasions and was light beige fashion suit.

He paid £269.

We do not live in London so returned it to the postal address within 14 days unworn with tags.

It cost £11 special tracked delivery but it was refused (see image)

We sent it to the mail order returns HQ costing (£7) but I see they have refused it there too.

We cannot return and cannot get refund. My son has been cheated.
