The owner of Santa's-Friend Chimney Service, Jim, and his helper, Justin, came on time to clean my dryer duck, they charge $159.00 for 10 min. work, when I asked him how bad was it, Jim told me that "yes.
it needs to be cleaned", he didn't show me the stuff they got out of the duck (I thought they will do that since the other review said so), I found Justin was looking around the garage, checked out my birds in the back porch, and at the end I caught him urinating on the fence.
He ran right away into the truck and they drive off. After I hosed off where he urinated, I called Jim that he needs to tell his worker to borrow restroom if they need to use it, it was unsanitary.I will never hire them back.

Great service no complaints at all. They were on time and did a great job and cleaned up the mess.
